Teacher-facing systems supporting consistent hands-on instruction and implementation
Lesson Templates: Standardized planning structure for STEM instruction
Materials Lists: Consumable and non-consumable supplies by unit and grade
Teacher Guides: Pacing, scripts, and instructional supports
Instructional Assets: Visuals, manipulatives, and classroom tools
Developed a suite of instructional tools and templates to support consistent, high-quality STEM instruction across classrooms and grade levels. These resources were designed to reduce planning burden for teachers while ensuring instructional clarity, pacing consistency, and alignment to standards-based STEM learning goals.
Teachers lacked consistent planning tools and instructional systems to support STEM instruction across classrooms and schools. Lesson formats, materials lists, and instructional supports varied widely, increasing preparation time and creating inconsistency in student experiences. The challenge was to design flexible yet structured tools that could be used across grade levels, units, and instructional contexts while remaining teacher-friendly and scalable.
These tools enabled educators to implement STEM lessons with greater efficiency, consistency, and confidence. Feedback highlighted reduced planning time, improved instructional clarity, and stronger alignment across classrooms. This work reinforced the value of well-designed instructional systems in supporting both teacher practice and student learning.
